How to Play Mirror Exercises

Two players face each other. One leads with slow movements, the other mirrors exactly. The goal is for an observer to not be able to tell who leads.

After a while, switch roles. Eventually, try leading and following simultaneously — no designated leader.

This classic exercise trains observation, patience, and physical synchronization.
