I Am a Star

All players line up in a row. One by one, each player steps forward and announces: 'I am [name] and I am a star!'

The rest of the group erupts in enthusiastic cheering and applause. The 'star' may pose, bow, or bask in the glory before stepping back in line.

This exercise is about learning to receive attention and applause — something many people find surprisingly difficult. It builds confidence and creates a supportive group atmosphere.
