The strict Boss

Three actors sit side-by-side on three chairs. The boss sits in the middle, his subordinates sit on the left and the right. The boss is now trying to instruct his employees and speak with them. Of course, he can only face one player at a time. In each time the other one is a disloyal soul. Whenever his boss turns away, he grimaces and makes fun of the boss. The boss notices this, then he throws out the employee and replaces him with a new one.
